Sacred Mask Play
-
Explore the many faces within you.
-
Sacred Mask Play is a creative and transformative practice that uses masks, movement, and expressive arts to explore identity, emotion, and inner worlds.
-
Through play, curiosity, and guided exploration, you are invited to discover hidden aspects of yourself—safely and creatively.
-
This is safe, guided, and meaningful.
The Practice
-
Mask work allows you to step beyond the thinking mind and into direct experience.
A mask can become:
-
a mirror
-
a guide
-
a storyteller
-
a doorway into the unconscious
-
Through this process, you may uncover new insights, release held emotions, and connect with parts of yourself that are often hidden or unexpressed.
The Experience
-
Sessions are playful, exploratory, and deeply personal.
Together, we work with:
-
expressive movement
-
archetypal exploration
-
storytelling and improvisation
-
guided creative exercises
-
This work can be light and joyful, as well as profound and revealing.
Healing Through the Creative Body
Developing the creative body invites:
-
freedom and spontaneity
-
imagination and play
-
deeper self-awareness
-
connection to inner wisdom
-
Through mask work, what is hidden can be expressed—and what is expressed can be understood.
