Breathe True is a space for transformation through movement, healing, and creative expression, based in Guelph, Ontario. This work is rooted in the belief that true change happens through direct, embodied experience—through the body, through creativity, and through deep inner listening.
Rather than following a single path, Breathe True offers an integrative approach that weaves together movement, sound, meditation, expressive arts, and creative practice. Each offering is designed to support you in reconnecting with your body, exploring your inner world, and expressing yourself authentically.

About Barbara
I’m Barbara Dametto, founder and director of Breathe True.
I am a yoga instructor in Guelph, Ontario, as well as a sound healer, conscious dance facilitator, expressive arts practitioner, and visual artist. I have acquired over 25 years of experience in teaching, facilitation, and creative practice.
My work is supported by advanced training in:

My work is rooted in a deep love of creativity, embodiment, and lifelong learning. I am passionate about creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, explore their inner landscapes, and discover new ways of being, moving, and expressing.

I believe that true transformation comes through direct experience. My mission is to support individuals in connecting with their deepest purpose by offering embodied, creative, and spiritual practices that awaken passion, truth, and self-expression.
