About Barbara
Barbara Dametto is the founder and director of Breathe True.
She is a:

With over 25 years of experience, Barbara has facilitated workshops, classes, and immersive retreats at spiritual centres throughout Ontario.
She holds:

An undergraduate degree in Dance & Theatre (University of Waterloo)

A Bachelor of Education (York University)

Expressive Arts Certificate (Haliburton School of Art & Design, Fleming College)

She is also trained in Reiki (Level 1) and has studied with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
Barbara’s work is rooted in a deep love of creativity, embodiment, and lifelong learning.

I believe that true transformation comes through direct experience. My mission is to support individuals in connecting with their deepest purpose by offering embodied, creative, and spiritual practices that awaken passion, truth, and self-expression.
